This class is for members brand new to CrossFit. It will include a group warmup, skill portion, foundational movement instruction, and a workout. We do not charge new members to participate in an "on-ramp" program and these classes are included in your monthly membership. This is a great place for beginners to start and we'd like you to spend at least 2 weeks here before taking our regular classes. However, if your schedule does not allow you to attend these classes please let us know and we can accommodate you.

Olympic Weight Lifting Class
This is an 8-week structured program with individualized coaching. It is limited to the first 6 athletes who sign up and the cost is $100 for members and $150 for nonmembers. Completion of the program gives the athletes access to the upcoming Redstone CF OLY Club.
'
Oly' is a class that focuses on technique and mobility for olympic barbell movements including the Snatch, Clean and Jerk, Power Clean, and Overhead Squat.

Open Gym 
Monday/Wednesday - 11:00am-12:00pm
Tuesday/Thursday/Friday - 6:00-6:30am
We are pleased to offer open gym hours during the week in case you want to drop in and perform your own WOD or skill work. 

KidFit
This class is every Monday and Thursday evening from 4:30-5:00 pm taught by Coach Stacy and Coach Jess. Kids learn the basics of CrossFit to help improve general fitness and overall athleticism. It is for kids ages 4 years old-8th grade. We strongly suggest children to be able to follow direction without parent involvement for the entire 30 minutes.  The cost is $50 per month or $10 per session.

Teen Summer Conditioning
Over the summer every Friday evening from 4-5 pm Redstone CF hosts a class specifically for teens between the ages of 13 and 18 years old. This fun and social class focuses on non-sport specific strength and conditioning meant to increase fitness and performance for all sports. The cost is $150 for the entire summer and includes unlimited access to the following regular classes: Monday through Friday 12-1 pm and Monday through Thursday 7-8 pm. Kids play area: Redstone CrossFit has a dedicated kids play area directly adjacent to our workout space.  Completely secure, it has toys and a BluRay player for the little ones so you won't need to worry about them during your fitness class.  For safety reasons, we ask that you please have your children stay in the playroom while classes are ongoing.
