Don’t forget how to accumulate points for your team! Bring a non-member to stay for a heat time, make a snack for the committee to vote on, get your team to get the best team spirit vote, tag Redstone on either instagram or Facebook for 1 point each day, hit a PR, and remember the top three positions in the RX Division and the Scaled Division get points. GET AFTER IT!
Many of you have added a goal to the goal board. The best way to achieve your goal is to PRACTICE. Come to class 15 minutes early or stay 15 minutes late to get some of that practice time in. Have a question or unsure of how to meet your goal? Schedule a 1:1 with a coach of your choice for tips to get you there.
