Battle with the Boxes
On April 1st, 2017, Redstone CrossFit hosted athletes from several other local gyms (CrossFit Kada, CrossFit Modig, Method CrossFit) for a community Saturday morning WOD. We paired athletes from different gyms to build a stronger local CrossFit community, meet new friends, and have a great time! We plan to repeat this event next year in the late spring/early summer!

The Raider Project
On October 22nd, Redstone proudly hosted The Raider Project! The Raider Project’s mission is to connect MARSOC and USMC combat veterans with one another to help them transition smoothly, peacefully and successfully into the private sector. If you are interested in supporting the organization between now and the WOD next year, check out The Raider Project website.
Great work everyone! We followed up this tough WOD with a community breakfast of Kodiak pancakes, bacon, fruit, and beer! Looking forward to hosting next year as well!
