Getting started at RCF for those new to CrossFit 

Step 1. Set up a 15 minute, No Sweat Introduction with an owner HERE

Step 2. Schedule your 3 private Intro to CrossFit classes where you will learn to do movements safely in the gym

Step 3. Group classes, personal training or open gym workouts, depending on your goals

Getting started at RCF for those with 6 months + of consistent CrossFit experience

Step 1. Sign up for a Free Trial Class HERE and e-mail us at info@redstonecrossfit.com with questions and/or sign up to meet with an owner for a 15 minute No Sweat Intro HERE

Step 2.  Sign up and schedule your 45 min private session onboarding at Redstone CF + FREE Week.

Step 3. Group classes, personal training or open gym workouts, depending on your goals

Visiting from out of town?

Welcome! Sign up for a Drop in Class ($20) or Drop in for a week ($75).  Please email us at info@redstonecrossfit.com so that we can reserve your spot!
