CrossFit Level 1
I’ve lived in Colorado my whole life, starting in the mountains growing up on skis, moving to Denver for high school, then continuing to Boulder for College where I majored in Molecular, Cellular, Developmental Biology and Integrative Physiology. I have been active my whole life and have been in the CrossFit world for almost 10 years, ranging from coaching, to cheering, to competing. I thoroughly enjoy the small class setting that allows individuals to push their limits all while forming lifelong friends.
